Mes Amis de la Chaîne! Bonjour et Bienvenue!
Your Richmond Bailliage is a dynamic and fun-loving group whose members share a commitment to warm camaraderie, a passion for fine dining experiences, and an appreciation for crafted beverages. We may even relish the occasional cigar!
The Bailliage was founded by Bailli-Honoraire Paul Elbling, a Master Chef world renowned for his creative cuisine and for his restaurant. Now retired, Chef Paul continues to advise the officers of the Bailliage on food matters as we plan our local events. He and his wife, Marie Antoinette remain active members.
There are 57 active members of the Bailliage as I write, and there are a number of pending applications! I want to encourage every member to invite their friends and acquaintances who would enjoy both the opportunity for friendships as well as the chance to enjoy dining experiences not usually available to the general public.
Our Richmond Chaîne boasts a number of fine dining establishments and I am committed to bringing the “best of the best” into membership in la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs while offering unique and interesting menus and locales to you. Look forward to more details about each event as we get closer to the date! In short, this is a great time to be a Confrère de la Chaîne and I look forward to seeing all of you at an event soon!
